At Steffen Consulting, we are passionate about finding the most accurate and efficient method to take data from your financial system and present it to management for decision-making. We are committed to doing this in a manner that is able to be audited, repeated, and transitioned to on-site staff. This is what we do on every engagement.

The normal progression goes something like this:

  1. Assessment and Proposal
  2. Planning and Scope
  3. Execution and Review
  4. Transition
  5. Close and Maintain

There could, of course, be deviations from this process based on the size and scope of the project. But the major themes of each step in the process will be preserved.
