Execution and Review

After all of the planning and logistics, the detail work begins. We can do this on-site or off. We can work on client computers or on our own. We will choose whichever option the client chooses. Steffen Consulting is a cross-platform shop and has fully-licensed copies of most major desktop financial and productivity software.

Regular reviews relative to the project plan are usually done monthly. For shorter engagements, reviews often occur daily.
