Logo

The logo was designed by Curt Fitzpatrick at Cluis Arts. It uses the NeoTech font and the colors are:

  • light blue triangle: 29ABE2
  • dark blue triangle portion and name: 0071BC
  • arrow: D9E021

It includes triangles because they represent a lot of what we’re trying to do here. The triangle is a basic shape, which belies it’s extensive use in math, science, construction, architecture, engineering, and even basketball. It’s arguably the most versatile and extensible shape in all of geometry. Plus, my favorite class as a kid was trigonometry.

Finance and Accounting are a lot like the triangle. They are just basic math. Yet when used properly – when extended to ratios and metrics that mirror your business performance, they are very powerful tools indeed.

The embedded arrow ties it all together. It overlaps to signify the importance of integrating Finance with the rest of the enterprise to optimize information flow. It points up and to the right to signify how financial data can be extended beyond it’s basic usage to become a powerful tool for business decision making, a tool that can drive profitability and become a point of competitive advantage for your company.
